Mitsa Mail — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mitsa.email, Mitsa applications, and related mail services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, passcodes, and connected inbox tokens. You agree to notify support@mitsa.email immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Description of the Service

Mitsa Mail is an intelligent sovereign email platform providing email receiving, sending, drafts, contacts, calendar, To-Do management, connected inboxes (Gmail, Apple iCloud, IMAP), and AI workspace features.

3. Connected Accounts and Third-Party Services

When you choose to connect third-party email accounts (such as Google Workspace/Gmail or Apple iCloud) to Mitsa Mail:

• You authorize Mitsa to connect to the respective provider's APIs or IMAP servers on your behalf.
• You represent that you have the right and authorization to access and manage those email accounts.
• You may revoke Mitsa's access to third-party accounts at any time through the Connected Inboxes settings or your provider's security management console.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive email campaigns;
• Engage in phishing, fraudulent schemes, or malware distribution;
• Attempt to bypass security limits, reverse-engineer server infrastructure, or attack network services;
• Violate the privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights of others.

5. Termination and Disconnection

You may terminate your account or disconnect linked inboxes at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy or create operational security risks.
